June Schedule

The Schedule for June is as follows:


Class Descriptions:

Yoga Basics:  Start with me here.  Ideal for those who have never stood on a mat and might feel a little nervous.  This class would work for you if you’re just starting out and would like to continue to be mindful of alignment and enjoy learning in a safe, compassionate environment. $60.00/month (4 classes)

*Tuesdays Part Deux class is for those students who would like one more round of Basics before upgrading to the next class level.

Monday Morning Mmmmm:  A Hatha Practice with a bit of flow, strength, flexibility and whole lot of inspiration to start your week off right!

Hatha Growth:  The next phase after Yoga Basics. The perfect balance of Meditation, Flexibility, Strength and Relaxation.  Excellent for Moderate Beginners or a Practitioner that enjoys a slow, mindful practice. $60.00/month (4 classes)

Lunchtime Hatha:  Take a break from your hectic work and join me on Tuesdays over your lunch hour.  We get grounded, we flow, we strengthen and then we RELAX to get through the rest of the week. $60.00/month (4 classes)

Friday Night Calm:  Start the weekend off right!  Half Hatha flow, Half Restorative/Yin, ALL grounding and relaxing.  This class is 75 minutes and $65.00 for the month (4 classes)

Create Your Own Class:  Gather your friends and pick and date/time that works for all of you.  I can come to you or you can come to me!  $70.00/month per person (minimum 4 people)

Ladies Night Zen:  Join me for an evening of relaxing/restorative Yoga and stay for Tea, Chocolate and Soulful conversation.  Perfect for dress clubs, sista tribes or team building.  $25.00 per person (lasts approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours)

Private or Semi-Private Sessions:  I have 2 openings left for Private Sessions in May.  This can be at your home or in my Studio.  One-on-one private sessions are $200.00 per person for 4 sessions. Semi-Private are $160.00 per person for 4 sessions

Body Image Workshop: In this afternoon Workshop I will share with you the Yoga tools I have used to achieve Body Acceptance.. The name of this Workshop is obviously inspired by my business name but as far as my life goes that’s all I need.

LOVE: Learn how self-love and forgiveness can help you overcome the negative thought patterns that hold you back and keep you coming back to blaming your Body for what is wrong in your life.

YOGA: Learn how Yoga teaches you so much about your body and emotions and how it’s all connected.  Learn to appreciate that our Bodies are simply a vesself for our souls and we must make our Health (not our body size) paramount!

GRACE: Learn how Grace opens us to vulnerability; the only path to true healing and authentic living.  Overcome comparison, perfection myths and all of the trappings that come with our Culture.
