Fit Simple We know lots of folks just couldn’t keep up with their fitness practices during the last few years and now they feel overwhelmed at the challenge they face getting back on track. Fit Simple is the perfect way to integrate fitness back into your life in a safe and fun environment! This 60 minute class will include cardio, strength, core – capped off with some deep stretch for recovery! This workout is designed to target all major muscles groups, while keeping movement simple and accessible. Work towards a healthier mind and body as you re-commit to fitness and wellbeing with this energetic class. All levels welcome.                                        Instructor: Kat Tersigni 

Yoga For Dad BodsHas Yoga been recommended by your chiro, personal trainer or Doctor but you just didn’t know where to go? In a business dominated by Women it can be intimidating for Men to enter a Yoga Studio. Men are looking for the physical benefits of Yoga and are not too interested in the “Woo-woo/Ju-Ju” of it all. Our teacher, Michelle Brink has has been our resident “Yoga For Dad Bods” teacher for over 4 years.  She has worked with SWAT Teams to help them manage anxiety and loss of breath in their gear, so naturally, she is the perfect bad-ass to introduce the benefits of Yoga to Men. Curvy Basics – Yoga for Plus-sized Bodies! Start with a Curvy Bodied Instructor right here. This class is ideal for those who have never stood on a mat and might feel a little nervous (or maybe even a lot). This class would also be ideal for a plus sized person that has done Yoga but is looking for more information on how to modify Yoga poses to work for YOUR BODY. Safe, judgment free space to explore Yoga with CURVES.                  Instructor: Kelly Tibbets

Beginner Yoga STRONG – The best of both worlds! This class combines the benefits of Yoga (mind, body, spirit) with the benefits of weight training (strength, cardiovascular). Adding free weights to your yoga practice can increase muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass and flexibility. Add a dash of cardio bursts to increase your cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate ~ and your workout will nearly be perfect!                      Instructor: Michelle Brink

Yoga For Beginners – This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on learning the basics, taking your time to notice your experience and to connect with your breath.  Ultimately, participants will gain strength and flexibility by developing the foundational poses of Yoga. This class offers slow and mindful movement, is gentle and light.                                                                     Instructor: Jamie deKoning

(Re)set & (Re)Store  – Yoga for your nervous system! Enjoy a super slow and gentle 60 minutes with an emphasis on deep presence, you’ll be encouraged to empower postures using focus, breath and affirmations. Easy Yoga Flow – A yoga class for beginners, those getting back on their mat and practitioners that enjoy a slower but powerful class. Instruction will take everything down to a basic flow class.  This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat.  Enjoy the power that comes with slowing down and breathing deeply.  Open to all levels.                                                                       Instructor: Tammy McNally

Flow (Y)Into Peace – This class combines two styles of yoga – Hatha Flow and Yin. The first portion of the class will be a Hatha Flow – dynamic, warming, connected to your breath movement. The practitioner will enjoy building some strength, stamina and balance. The second portion of the class, we will move into long-hold yin poses – passive, cooling, and still, focusing on the deep connective tissues and joints. Suitable for All Levels. Calm AF -A slightly unconventional Yin Yoga… We might vent a little, swear a little but one thing we guarantee?
