You can expect the following in this 2 hour Workshop:
- How to add Yoga to your tool kit to manage and potentially overcome the symptoms associated with anxiety and anxiety disorders.
- A very gentle Yoga with modification and room ALL experience levels.
- The intention of this practice is to guide you with Asana (yoga poses), breathing techniques and meditation tools to help manage anxiety and hopefully enjoy further practice at Love|Yoga|Grace or Lacombe Yoga
