We came into 2022 thinking that life would get back to “normal” but we forgot that we didn’t want the pace of of life that we experienced in the “before times” and we didn’t just go back to that pace ~ in so many areas of life we were being force to feel like we needed to “catch up” and reconcile any time or productivity that was lost from 2020 – 2021.
If you tried to keep up, you’re probably burnt out ~ or close to it.
If you resisted keeping up, you’re probably burnt out ~ or close to it.
As a result, so many folks have just poured themselves into areas that they don’t want to and are left imbalanced and feeling unwell but also feeling like they don’t even know where to start. This is the inspiration behind Real Life Wellbeing; a gentle, inclusive, diet-free*** “get back on track” program to help you get back or perhaps even start SUSTAINABLE practices for your wholehearted Wellbeing. This program is for you if you are looking for Community and Connection with a gentle Accountability approach, would like to explore setting physical wellness goals that aren’t weight-loss related, would like to to enjoy an “all foods fit” approach to Nutrition, are in Recovery and would like a program sensitive to that, and or suffer from chronic health issues and would love to be a part of a Community that meets you where you are at!

- A custom created “Real Life Wellbeing” journal to track your progress (not weight-loss related)***
The objective of this 90 day program is to help you get back on track of taking care of YOU; mind, body & soul. To educate you to understand that you do not need fixing; the wellbeing you seek comes from compassionate self-care and self-awareness, that health is not a size or a weight, that feeling authentic is the true path to Wholehearted Wellbeing! Your goals are personal to you but it is our hope that you come out on the other side of 90 days feeling more grounded, authentic, stronger and healthier than you have in awhile.
***we value and respect that everyone is on their own journey to wellbeing and if weight-loss is a goal for you we hope you know that you are welcome, weight-loss will not be tracked or used as a barometer for success. We hope that we can be a safe space for those in Recovery who miss the sense of Community that often comes with wellness practices that are unfortunately rife with diet culture. This program has been designed to meet every individual where they are at ~ again, if you are chronically ill we want you to use YOU as the guidepost for success and progress.
