Join us to explore the healing benefits of a gentle Yoga practice, deep meditation, together with the ancient art of chanting mantra.

Mantras are repetitive sounds used to tap into our deepest sub-conscious minds and shift our vibrations. Too hippy-dippy for you? Mantras can be an excellent tool in managing anxiety, taming the “monkey mind” (for those of you who just can’t calm your brain in meditation) and just an excellent tool for managing your overall health.
The evening will begin with a brief grounding/opening meditation & pranayama, we will then connect to our bodies and minds with a very gentle yoga practice (beginner friendly) and end our session with a powerful Mantra Chant and Deep Meditation.
