A system of 26 yoga postures arranged from traditional hatha yoga techniques. This 60 minute class consists of a set series designed to strengthen, increase flexibility and boost confidence in your yoga practice. Beginner 26 will meet you wherever you are at in your practice and is great for the following practitioners:
- Never set foot on a Yoga Mat
- Individuals with upper body/mobility issues (no vinyasa or downward facing dog in this series)
- Individuals who will enjoy the same series every week
- Any level practitioner familiar with this series
Class begins January 16 and runs for 6 weeks (February 20th). $90.00 + gst for 6 sessions.
