Now more than ever our lives move quickly; we are over-worked, over-stimulated and under cared for. Never in our history has stress been such a major cause of health issues, including but not limited to; anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, heart disease, headaches…. the list goes on and on. While Yoga will likely not be a “fix-all” – it can be an excellent tool to help facilitate a much calmer and healthier life.
This 60 minute class is suitable for all levels. Students will be shown different breathing techniques, yoga poses and meditations; all geared towards bridging the gap between mind and body. This class will be great for those struggling with a stress-filled life but it will also be great for anyone seeking preventative care – to avoid burn -out.
