Yoga for your nervous system! Enjoy a super slow and gentle 60 minutes with an emphasis on deep presence, you’ll be encouraged to empower postures using focus, breath and affirmations. Yoga For Burnout goes beyond RELAXATION and creates some REGULATION in our poor used & abused nervous systems. It’s so gentle don’t be surprised if you fall asleep! Suitable for all levels.
