Entrepreneur Life is hard. Solo-preneur life might be harder still. In my 2-and-a-half years of business I have learned a thing or two and my biggest lesson? You gotta take care of YOU; body, mind, & soul or you will suffer, trust me – I had the burn-out to prove it. The benefit for me is that the very nature of the work that I do forces me to walk my talk and I genuinely want to share the skills I have developed to stay calm, take care of myself, manage anxiety and watch my business grow.
The Breakfast Club will include a beautiful morning session of Yoga, Meditation & Breath work. We will discuss burn-out and ways to avoid it. We will dig deep into our self-care practice and will gently hold each other accountable during our 6 week series (and hopefully beyond).
After our Yoga session we will move on to one of our local coffee shops and break into groups to share our trials and tribulations of the week. Ultimately, creating a community, sharing our “me too” moments and bringing a little mastermind problem-solving.
Every week will include Self-care homework and business growth homework.
Sessions will run February 8, (no class on the 15th to accommodate Social Media Breakfast attendees), February 22, March 1, March 18, March 15 & March 22.
