Nearly 3 years ago we were forced to accommodate the ever-changing circumstances created by a global pandemic. Many of us were impacted in every area of our lives and also still managed to maintain all of the different responsibilities and life situations that arise whether there is a pandemic or not.

We dove into managing all that was being thrown at us and despite it all kept trying to move forward and we did it well.. until we didn’t. Our nervous systems are simply not designed for pedal to the metal, indefinite uncertainty and unsustainable workloads.

We are running on empty.Join us for a morning of discussion, learning and Yoga.We will begin the morning with learning all things nervous system, trauma response and grief relief with Brittany Davies, R. Psychologist of LifeMind.ED. Her work is so needed right now, so don’t worry, there will be lots of time for questions and discussions.

We will wrap it all up with Kelly Tibbets, guiding a Somatic Inspired Yoga practice to offer mindful awareness, stabilize and re-set your nervous system and provide some rest & relaxation to help you start filling your tank back up!”
