We have rolled some of our favourite mental-health tools in our tool-box to bring you this fabulous Clinic combining getting outdoors, learning to run and Yoga.  We will meet every Saturday morning for 6 weeks at Love|Yoga|Grace and hit the river trails for a gentle and supportive introduction to adding running to your heath & wellness routine. After our run we will gather back at the studio for a 1 hour relaxing and restorative yoga practice.

This offering comes with the option of joining a 5kms run on October 26 but is not mandatory. Working up to 5kms can be a goal but the overall intention of this program is to encourage outdoor fitness and movement.  We simply want to create accessible and inclusive fitness and wellness to as many people as possible – we promise to meet you where you are at and support your big brave heart for trying something new!

This fitness opportunity will be offered in an inclusive, health at every size (HAES) environment.  This Clinic is for you if you identify with the following:

  • You’re in Recovery (from addictions, illness, disordered eating or body image struggles);
  • You have had a sedentary lifestyle for any length of time;
  • You think you’re too fat or too old;
  • You’ve tried to participate elsewhere and felt like you didn’t “fit in”

Cost: $125.00 + gst

*Cost for Unlimited Pass Holders*: $55.00 + gst

* Yoga class is included in Unlimited pass
