We have 3 beautiful weekly classes fit for a Rockstar In Training! All classes will offer total body benefit; cardio, strength, flexibility and end the week with deep relaxation and stretch. Pound, Hatha Rockstar & Calm AF Fridays are 3 weekly classes that will get your heart pounding and your mind sliding into stillness. (instructor: Kim)

POUND – Mondays at 7:30 to 8:30 (no class on February 12)
Each participant gets a set of drumsticks. (They’re specially made for the workout and called “rip sticks.”) This high-intensity interval workout incorporates rhythmic movements to get the class literally pounding the floor as they sweat. The genius of POUND class is that the music and high-energy drumming make the time fly past.
HATHA ROCKSTAR – Wednesdays at 7:00 to 8:00
Who says Hatha isn’t hard? This series of 26 Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) and 2 breathing exercises will challenge you, push you and change your mind; before you know it – you’ll be a Yoga Rockstar! Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares the body for the next to maximise oxygenation and detoxiﬁcation; all together they work every part of the body. This class is suitable for all levels… including beginners (instructor: Tammy)
Calm AF Fridays – Fridays at 5:30 to 6:30
No one knows as well as we do that life is stressful; work, kids, family obligations…. Here’s to hoping a little Calm AF Fridays can help. Slightly unconventional – we might vent a little, swear a little but one thing we guarantee? You’ll leave something on your mat and set a beautiful energy for your weekend! Gentle/mindful movement – connecting breath to body. Deep yin-like holds and totally delicious restorative moments capped off with an extra long Savasana.
