Rest is a choice. A choice that most of us don’t make often enough until we have no choice. What many people don’t realize that there are several different types of rest that we need; physically, mentally & spiritually.

Join us for a day of REST.  A day of learning and practicing different kinds of rest and creating the self-awareness to determine the type of Rest required based on your daily needs.


  • Women’s Sharing Circle;
  • Meditation;
  • Movement (ie: booty shaking) class with Fierce & Curvy Empire;
  • Delicious, nutritious, warm and comforting lunch;
  • Practical education with respect to the different types of rest and creating self-awareness around your needs;
  • Walking Meditation;
  • Grounding, Restoring & Nervous System stabilizing Yoga practice;
  • Myo-Yin Yoga practice;
  • Yoga Nidra
