  • Are you fairly certain that your brain is just not capable of slowing down?

  • Overwhelmed?

There’s got to be a better way! Meditation is truly a gift to your brain and your body and with the correct guidance and advice you can add it to your daily routine.

Meditation practised regularly over time, has a strong potential to make one’s general state of mind more positive: increasingly we can become free of habitual reactivity, unhelpful emotional patterns, and limited ways of seeing ourselves and others. With a more open and relaxed mind we will have less stress resulting from our living situation, and less tendency to be thrown by the ups-and-downs that life presents. This course is designed to provide those with little or no meditation experience what they need, in terms of techniques and understanding, to establish an ongoing and fruitful practice. It will include posture, relaxation, breathing and other meditation essentials.

We are so thrilled that Breck Harris, a Certified Medication Instrutor, from Mud & Lotus is coming to share with us her wisdom – and gently guide you; step-by-step with all the tools you need to begin a rich and rewarding meditation practice.
