Yin Yoga just might be the answer! Yin Yoga has been known to calm and balance the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation, improve flexibility and release fascia and improve joint mobility. Basically? It’s Magic!

Join Jamie deKoning for this gentle and safe introduction to this healing practice.  This class will be broken-down specifically for beginners but all levels are welcome. It is always Jamie’s intention to help individuals make this practice their own by using props and modifications tailor made for each practitioner.  Classes are limited to 12 participants to ensure safe and approachable instruction.
