Flow State – Monday 5:30 to 6:30    A faster-paced, more dynamic yoga flow class is for those who want to inject energy and challenge into their practice. This class adds some strength and power that will leave you buzzing with endorphins. Suitable for all levels ~ a wee bit of experience will help.                                         Instructor: Marla Backen
Yoga Basics  Tuesday 5:30 to 6:30 – It seems like there can be a lot going on in a Yoga class; concentration, breathing, bending, twisting, meditating… never mind that Instagram makes it look like you need to be able (or want ) to stand on your hands or put your leg behind your head! At Love|Yoga|Grace it is our mandate to make Yoga approachable & honestly? Kind of easy. This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on learning the basics, taking your time to notice your experience and to connect with your breath.  Ultimately, participants will gain strength and flexibility by developing the foundational poses of Yoga.              Instructor: Kelly Tibbets
Yoga For Dad Bods – Tuesdays 7:00 to 8:00 Has Yoga been recommended by your chiro, personal trainer or Doctor but you just didn’t know where to go?In a business dominated by Women it might be intimidating for Men to enter a Yoga Studio. Men are looking for the physical benefits of Yoga and are not too interested in the “Woo-woo” of it all. Our teacher, Michelle Brink has has been our resident “Yoga For Dad Bods” teacher for many years.  She has worked with SWAT Teams to help them manage anxiety and loss of breath in their gear, so naturally, she is the perfect bad-ass to introduce the benefits of Yoga to Men.Class size is limited. Instruction will be approachable and sensitive to injury recovery. You might accidentally catch some Yoga “Ju-Ju” but we promise it’s not contagious.                Instructor: Michelle Brink
Hatha Foundations  –     Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 am Great for Beginners!  This class is designed to help the practitioner build their practice from the ground up. Class is slower paced and focused on breaking down the poses, taking your time to notice your experience, connect with your breath and gain strength and flexibility. Suitable for All Levels.                                                                                           Instructor: Kelly Tibbets
