Use Yoga as a tool kit to manage and potentially overcome the symptoms associated with anxiety and anxiety disorders. Students will be practicing an approachable (suitable for all levels) Hatha Yoga Session, together with breathing techniques.  Meditation tools will be incorporated as well to give students an opportunity to discover which methods work best for them.

This 6 week series will begin Tuesday, September 21, and will be held weekly.  $90.00 for 6 sessions in-studio and $45.00 for 6 sessions on Zoom.
