A week of afternoon fun! Girls aged 8 to 12. Summer Camp dates are as follows:
July 9th to 13th
July 30th to August 3rd
August 13th to August 17
Everyday will start with a Yoga practice that will offer Yoga in a safe and educational environment. Through Yoga we will travel the world, learn how to balance and support each other and discuss Friendship, Feelings and Mindfulness.
Weather permitting we will take these kids outside everyday… for a stroll along the river paths. We will introduce the children to walking meditation and the healing/grounding benefits of being outside with nature.
The day will end with Rainbow-Unicorn themed crafts and games! We even have a field-trip to Hot Pot Studio planned!
