In conjunction with #100DaysOfHealing I wanted to create a class that embraced all of the healing elements of Yoga that have helped me; Pranayama (breathing), Asana (yoga postures), Yoga Nidra (deep Savasana), Mantra, Meditation and Chakra Healing.
Over the course of 6 weeks we will explore all of these areas to help you add healing techniques that work for you to your tool-kit.
