The most important things that I have learned during these difficult times is to create strategies to follow through on healing; mind, body & soul. However, I have dove deeper into the idea of finding balance within that ~ to not be in a constant state of “fixing” ~ to undertake the often times challenging ability to be fully present in as many moments of my life as possible.
Mindfulness is not just about “leaning in” to every moment of your life; it’s finding the tools and striving to become more aware of how we can be reactive, how we become overwhelmed and how we can process that discomfort in healthier and more productive ways.
Evolution is a 6 week workshop-style program that includes short, gentle, trauma-informed Yoga practice, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork and self-examination. You can also expect, sharing circles, daily support, moon-phase energy use, crystal recommendations and all those splashes of Woo-woo that compliment these practices perfectly! Our objective is to encourage participants to consider and possibly overcome limiting beliefs and to move forward with strategies of confidence and authenticity. To EVOLVE into who you are meant to be… who you have been all along!
