Gather for an evening of Yoga and Creation with Love|Yoga|Grace & ELEMENTS Energy.
The final full moon of 2017 is an opportunity to purge all that no longer serves you and ring in 2018 with a powerful new energy. We will start the evening with a 60 minute Gentle Hatha Yoga Session – designed to reflect and work with the energy of the Full Moon.
Next, Michelle Brink of ELEMENTS Energy will guide you in creating 2 Mala Bracelets – one for you and one to gift this holiday season! Michelle will assist you in selecting stones best suited to your Full Moon Intentions and to create a personal and thoughtful Christmas gift for a friend or family.
Holiday Snacks and Pursuit Hot Cocoa will be served.
