Let our experienced registered children’s yoga teacher, Jamie De Koning of Little Lights Yoga, join your child for a time of yoga fun and active play! This 2 hour preschool yoga class will provide your 3 – 5 year old with activities that include yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, crafts, songs, stories, games and play. During the class, time will be given for a snack. Please pack a healthy snack for your child.

8 week series Jan 16-March 13 (no class Feb 20 due to winter break)
