Tiffany Rose is back for another 6 week series!

Use Yoga as a tool kit to manage and potentially overcome the symptoms associated with anxiety and anxiety disorders. Students will be practicing a very gentle Yoga with modification and room ALL experience levels.  The intention of this practice is to guide you with Asana (yoga poses), breathing techniques and meditation tools to help manage anxiety.

6 week session

Mondays at 6:00 to 7:00

Classes are February 26, March 5, March 12, March 19,  March 26 and April 2.

Investment: $90.00 + gst
