Why do our lives just seem to get busier and busier? A tremendous problem in our Western Culture is that we are losing sight of the benefits of just slowing the eff down and enjoying our lives. We are constantly stimulated by work, family life, extra-curricular activities and social media. Our nervous systems don’t stand a chance!
“Slow The Flow Down” has been created to help you focus your mind, calm your nervous system and develop physical strength and flexibility.
The pace will be meditative and grounding; with a focus on finding specific alignments tailored just for you. This class will be great for beginners, more “seasoned” practitioners, or those who just enjoy a deliciously slow yoga practice.
