A week of afternoon fun! Girls aged 8 to 12.

Everyday will include a Yoga practice that will offer Yoga in a safe and educational environment. Through Yoga we will travel the world, learn how to balance and support each other and discuss Friendship, Feelings and Mindfulness.
Weather permitting we will take these kids outside everyday… for a stroll along the river paths. We will introduce the children to walking meditation and the healing/grounding benefits of being outside with nature.
We will also be offering Rainbow-Unicorn themed crafts and games!
