Join Kelly Tibbets for a 60 minute session of Yoga Play, Breath work & discussion focused on confidence and self-compassion.
Our kids are inundated with messages through media and culture that is making them feel anxious and sometimes insecure. Throw in the challenges that come with being a “tween” and you may find your child is truly struggling.
Encouraging exercises and discussion of how to build confidence, ask questions about body image and tools to use when anxiety kicks in will be provided in a safe and age appropriate environment.
6 week series: March 1st to April 18th (no class March 28th for spring break)
