Our lives continue to feel more chaotic than ever and it can create so much imbalance in our physical & spiritual bodies. We are so out of touch from the rhythm of the earth. Join us for an evening to celebrate the Autumn Equinox; an Event of inner-reflection, letting go & cultivating the courage to face the darkness of the approaching winter.

Yin Yoga is the dark to the light of yoga – it is the balance we crave. Just as Autumn brings us shorter days and more darkness; so does the practice of Yin Yoga. As always, sound and vibration are the heartbeat of this healing – the sounds of nature mixed with the vibration of our energies. Equilibrium will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on the past seasons and celebrate and harvest what you have learned, plant new seeds of intention and let go of what no longer serves you. This is what Autumn has always been; a time of reflection and re-connection.
Kelly Tibbets and Jamie DeKoning will be your guides for the evening. We will discuss the Energy of the Equinox (and the Full Moon *Woo-wee, what a time this will be!*), offer questions to ask yourself & journal prompts, we will explore the element of Metal (grief & courage) and complete the experience with an Equinox inspired guided Meditation. Our wish for your outcome will be to find the Equilibrium of darkness & light in your body, mind & soul.
