After this difficult period of time; we are noticing a tremendous increase in people reporting sleep struggles.  This is what happens after periods of indefinite uncertainty, health concerns, unmitigated stress levels, unhealthy coping strategies, etc… etc… our nervous systems begin to struggle to find the baseline of rest, that allows you to sleep and recover.

Join us for a 75 minute class of gentle yoga movement, yin yoga, restorative yoga… all specifically utilizing sleep supportive yoga shapes, capped off with a guided Yoga Nidra (basically *Savasana on steroids!!)

This class is for you if you are experiencing one or all of the following:

  • sleep issues, insomnia or disturbed sleep.
  • you are looking to add more tools to your relaxation tool-kit
  • you suffer from anxiety
  • you have tried meditation but were distracted by your busy mind
  • you just dig a good  relaxing class 😉

Sundays, 6:45 to 8:00 pm.  November 14 to December 19, 2021

* Savasana is the nap at the end of yoga, lol.
