Courage doesn’t mean not being afraid.  Courage is feeling fear and facing it anyway. Fear is a natural response to the unknown; it just means we’re human.

We need courage in everyday situations; presentations at work, difficult conversations with people we love, if you suffer from anxiety just leaving the house might take courage.  These fears can paralyze us to the point that we no longer take risks and we lose connection with ourselves and the people around us.

Enter Yoga. Enter Courage Flow.

Part of what makes Yoga so effective for relieving stress and strengthening our spirits are the big and powerful poses that we move through, like Warrior.  A sequence focusing on this will give you some tools to boost confidence, reduce stress and maybe even examine some big life choices.

This series will use breath, powerful movement and quiet contemplation all in a small class intimate setting.

Class runs weekly starting February 26 to April 9 (no class on Easter Monday)
