The best of both worlds!  This class combines the benefits of Yoga (mind, body, spirit) with the benefits of weight training (strength, cardiovascular). Adding free weights to your yoga practice can increase muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass and flexibility.  Add a dash of cardio bursts to increase your cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate ~ and your workout will nearly be perfect!

This class is perfect for:

*retired gym rats

*middle-aged folks that need more balance in their fitness

*people in Recovery looking for HAES and body-positive fitness

*die-hard Yogis that are looking for ways to add challenge to their practice!

Starting March 8 to April 19 (no class Easter Sunday)

  • Please note there is a payment option here to include the class after DEEP Sleep (Yin & Nidra) from 7:15 to 8:15
  • Please note that these classes are Punch Pass & Unlimited Pass eligible
