Don’t let 2019 be another year that you sacrifice physical and mental health to growing your business!  I know how hard entrepreneur life is.  In my 3-and-a-half years of business I have learned a thing or two and my biggest lesson? You gotta take care of YOU; body, mind, & soul or you will suffer, trust me – I had the burn-out to prove it. The benefit for me is that the very nature of the work that I do forces me to walk my talk and I genuinely want to share the skills I have developed to stay calm, take care of myself, manage anxiety and watch my business grow.
 
The Breakfast Club will include a beautiful morning session of Yoga, Meditation & Breath work. We will discuss burn-out and ways to avoid it. We will dig deep into our self-care practice and will gently hold each other accountable during our 6 week series (and hopefully beyond).
 
After our Yoga session we will move on to Pursuit Cafe and break into small groups to share our trials and tribulations of the week. Ultimately, creating a community, sharing our “I thought it was just me” moments and bringing a little mastermind problem-solving.  Coffee and a baked good from Pursuit is included in your registration fee.
 
6 week session starts (Thursday) January 10th and runs to February 14, 2019
 
Time: 9:30 to 11:30
Investment: $125.00 plus GST
