Welcome to the perfect Saturday Morning Fitness Routine.  A strength training/cardio session with delicious soul soothing Yin Yoga!

This beginner/moderate workout combines the benefits of kettlebell/dumbbell training with cardio workout.  The objectives of this 6 week class will be to help you gain strength, increase power, deepen your flexibility and calm your mind. 

The class will include 30 minutes of cardio strength training utilizing kettlebells and dumb bells and a 60 minute Yin Yoga session to aid in healthy muscle recovery and enrich your mind-body connection.

Your strength training portion of the class will be offered by Audra Denny and Jamie deKoning is happy to guide you through your Yin Yoga session.

Investment for non-members: $125.00 + gst

Investment for Unlimited Pass Holders: $60.00 + gst

Time: 9:45 to 11:30 (time allows for 15 minute transition from workout to Yin Yoga)
